The open heart of 36-year old Collette Stroud created a non-profit based on restructering communication amongst community members. Her first thought of mobilizing her passsion for neighborhood affairs started in 2015. This is when Stroud first thought of the name Love Me Alive Outreach.
"People saying you love them when they're gone. Why don't we say it when they're here?" A quote from Stroud in regard to her programs. The intention of her programs are to highlight cyberbulliyng, suicide rates amongst senior citizens, and creating a safe space for youth and elders alike to reinforce communication. She wants to create an outlet that supports those in need of compassion that may not be able to find it in their own lives.
Love Me Alive Outreach is set to launch on July 19th with a Ladies Day Brunch. Stay tuned for the communal work of Collette Stroud.
