Twitter Reacts To Russia Invading Ukraine

Twitter doesn’t take anything seriously. Shortly after it was announced that Russian President Vladimir Putin began a military operation in Ukraine, Twitter users suggested ways to handle imminent war.

One user suggested sending The Weeknd and French Montana into war first. The tweet came in response to The Weeknd posting "LET’S GOOOOOOOO."

Others suggested that Chicago rapper Chief Keef go to Ukraine to “take care of it.”

Still, other Twitter users suggested sending Kendall Jenner over with a Pepsi to squash the beef between countries. The tweet refers to the model’s famously tone-deaf Pepsi ad, which drew swift backlash for mocking the Black Lives Matter movement. The ad was eventually pulled.
